• Pick the page kits that you want sent to you. You save on shipping by having all the page kits you order shipped to you once a month!
• There is no fee and no obligation to join the "Monthly Kit Club".
• Order as many page kits as you want each month, or none at all. Because the page kits are limited, you need to order as soon as you see one that you want! You don't have to wait, order it right away before it's gone. I will hold your orders all month long and ship once at the end of the month. Just select "Free Shipping" for the shipping method & add "Monthly Kit Club" to the special instuctions when checking out. I will hold that order until the end of the month. If you order again, do the exact same thing and I will put it with your previous order(s). Do this as many times throughout the month as you would like.

• If you have not ordered 10 page kits during the CALENDAR month they will automatically be held for the next month, so you can keep adding to your order until you qualify for FREE shipping. If you have not ordered 10 page kits and you want them shipped & not held, email me and let me know to go ahead & ship them. You will need to purchase the “Monthly Kit Shipping”. I will ship your page kits once I have received the “Monthly Kit Shipping” payment. When I receive your email to ship I will send instructions on how to buy “Monthly Kit shipping” to get your page kits shipped. You only need to buy the “Monthly Kit Shipping” if you send me an email letting me know you did not order 10 page kits for the month but want me to ship them…otherwise there is no reason to purchase the “Monthly Kit Shipping”.

Can I get my page kits shipped out before the end of the month?
Yes. If you need your page kits before the end of the month, I can ship them out when you need. If you have at least 10 page kits you will get the FREE shipping. If you have not ordered 10 page kits and you want them shipped, email michele@smile4medesigns.com and let me know to go ahead & ship them. You will need to purchase the “Monthly Kit Shipping”. I will ship your page kits once I have received the “Monthly Kit Shipping” payment. When I receive your email I will send instructions on how to buy “Monthly Kit Shipping” to get your page kits shipped.
Can I have my page kits held until the next month to ship if I don’t have a total of 10?
Yes. If you have not ordered at least 10 page kits by the end of the CALENDAR month, I automatically hold them until the next month so you can keep adding to your order, unless you email me letting me know to go ahead & ship.
How do I pay for shipping if I have not ordered 10 page kits & I want them shipped?

You only need to buy the “Monthly Kit Shipping” if you send me an email letting me know you did not order 10 page kits for the CALENDAR month but want me to ship them.
How do I sign up for the Monthly Kit Club?
There is no need to sign up. Just select "Free Shipping" for your shipping method and add "Monthly Kit Club" to the "Special Instructions" when checking out and this tells me to hold your page kits until the end of the month.
Is there a subscription?
No…there is not a subscription.
Does my card get charged with every order, or do I pay at the end of the month?
Yes, your card does get charged with every order. The only difference between the "Monthly Kit Club" orders and "Regular" orders is I hold all the page kits ordered during the CALENDAR month and ship them all out together so you save on Shipping.
If I have page kits added to my shopping cart, are they held for me?
No. Just because you have added a page kit to your shopping cart doesn’t mean it has been held for you. I do not know what is in your shopping cart until you have gone through the checkout process completely and you have received a confirmation email. You will get an email confirmation for every order you put through. If you do not get an email confirmation, please email michele@smile4medesigns.com to make sure I received your order. Please make sure every time you place an order that you order under the same name and same email address. It will make sure you get your orders fast and complete. You do not have to wait until you have enough in your shopping cart to qualify for free shipping. I will hold your orders all month long and ship once at the end of the month. When will the orders be shipped?
Monthly Kit Club Orders:
All “Monthly Kit Club” orders will start shipping out the first day of the following month you bought your page kits unless you didn’t order 10 page kits & haven’t notified me to ship. Depending on how many orders I have received for that month it may take a few days to get all orders out, but they will all go out within the first week of the month.
Regular Orders:
All “regular” orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. Everything is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days after it has been shipped.
If live outside of the U.S.A. can I order the page kits or join the monthly kit club?
No...we do not offer international shipping at this time. Sorry!
